Our StylesWhy do you not have any white shoes?
We love white, for all things simple and plain. However other than for our bridal shoes white does not tend to be slimming. As our shoes are all designed to flatter larger feet and make our feet appear smaller, we tend to steer clear of white and pale colours and instead opt for bolds and brights.
Will you be getting any more of the styles in?
We order our shoes and batches and, when we have run out of a particular size and style then that tends to be it. However if there is something that you've seen that you'd like, do give us a bell and we'll double-check our stock room for you.
The product I ordered online is now reduced, can you reimburse me the difference?
Sorry but we cannot advise you in advance of any discount that we might be offering nor reimburse you the difference after you have placed your order.
I really want a particular style / colour of shoes and cannot see them on your website, can you make them next season?
We love hearing what you'd like. No promises but if you tell us then we will see what we can do, just email us your ideas at .
Can you make a bespoke pair of shoes for me?
We spend ages, hours, days and weeks making our shoes fit you the best we can. We have a fabulous techinical guy who fit checks every size, style and width for us and he spends hours in our factory. Whilst we do work with our factory directly, unfortunately we do not yet have the capacity to make a bespoke pair of shoes for you.
My feet are size 13 but I can't see any shoes on your website, how can I get some?
We have had size 13 shoe shapes (lasts) made especially in some styles and so we can get some shoes for you. If you would like some size 13 shoes just give us a call and we'll discuss them with you.

Shipping and DeliveryCan I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Unfortunately you cannot do this but, if you are visiting Greenwich market on one of the days that we are there, we can bring the shoes along for you and so will not charge you postage.
Do you do next day delivery?
Time is of the essence and we want you to have your shoes as soon as possible. Whilst our shoes are sent out by First Class post we do not offer next day delivery.
Can you leave a delivery at an agreed hiding place?
Sure, just type in delivery instructions during checkout.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We do not make any profit on postage and packing. For a delivery by Royal Mail within UK we charge £6.20 plus VAT per pair. For a list of postal prices to other destinations please see our full terms and conditions.
Do I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes so please give an address where it can be signed for during normal working hours.

Payment InformationWhen will you charge me for my products?
We will only take payment from your credit card when your products are ready to be dispatched.
How do I know your payment system is secure?
We utilise industry-standard secure sockets layer (ssl) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. We use Sage Pay (formerly Protx) to process your debit and credit cards - we are unable to see your actual credit card details and are only provided with details to assist with fulfilling your order such as your name, delivery address and amount you paid.
